This is a very special rug design in collaboration with ” painted by the talented Lauren Freestone. “This piece is inspired by Bangalang- meaning Autumn in Wiradjuri- Bangalang is my favourite time of year, watching the colours of the leaves and tree bark change as they fall away preparing for new growth and rejuvenation. I love seeing all the new textures and markings on the trees that are brought to the surface and the stunning designs left by the moth larvae tunneling between the layers of bark. The top, bottom and centre textured layers represent tree bark. If you look very carefully the subtle textured design running through the centre shows meeting places representing the ongoing connection between communities and country.” – Lauren Freestone 10% of profits will be going directly to , who do amazing work supporting their community Perfect for interior decor, picnics, beach days, camping, van life, and keeping warm Please note we try our best to represent the true colour in photos, but they may look slightly different in certain lighting.
